“The rooms are clean but dated. We were on the 3rd floor and had to I run the water 3 minutes before we could get hot water. If you don’t find a discount I wouldn’t pay the rate they ask. The staff at the dock acted like it was their first day except for Asia. She was great at what she does. This isn’t the resorts fault but during our stay the kids were a big problem. They took over the smaller slide and were clogging the slide with one kid halfway down. Then another 5 or six would get on the...

“Breakfast was good. Pool was small and always full of kids. We had to change rooms because everything in our room wet. I assume from humidity. The maintenance man was rude and said nothing was wet even though the bathroom floor was dangerously wet! The new room wasn’t much better and we couldn’t control the air or fan. We won’t stay again.”

“I highly recommend this for a family with younger kids so you can maximize use of the amenities. The pool is under Construction so we had no use of any of the water features and that’s OK for us, but it was an impact to the property. There’s ongoing construction, but I’m sure it will be better when it’s over in our room and the activity center itself were both better than expected. I would stay here again and recommend it for travelers.”

“Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again.”

“Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

“Pros: Location was great! Area in the back by the river was very nice. Great place for relaxing after a long day. Cons: Breakfast was limited and only included cold items. Room was small, dark, and had an odd smell. Bathroom light randomly came on during the night. Lots of wasps around stairs and porch area.”

“We enjoyed the spacious cottage, how clean everything was, and that there was a restaurant on site. However, the pool was pretty dirty (the small one) and they called me two days prior to check in to tell me the waterpark would not be available during our stay, this was my daughters birthday trip and the waterpark on site was the entire reason we chose the property. Had they called when we could change plans and get our money back, I would have chosen another place to stay. But we were stuck....

“We stayed at one of the Villas on property and were absolutely blown away with how nice it was. It was clean and there is definitely an attention to detail. Service was exceptional. I would absolutely love to stay again and it would be a wonderful place for a family vacation. 10 out of 10.”
